Chef Vishnuji has till now written and published over 52 cookery books and also has written book for Govt Of Maharashtra’s ‘Maharashtrachi Khadya Sanskriti’
He was an Ex-Committee member of Food Corporation of India.
He was on air for cookery show by name Mejwani Paripoorna Kitchen on ETV Channel for 14 years.
Currently he is a committee member for Govt of Maharashtra Mid Day meal – Shaley Poshan Aahar.
He is also a Jury member for prestigious Annapoorna Awards by ICCR Govt. of Maharashtra.
