By registering for the Ganesh Idol Making Workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration and Payment:
- Workshop registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.
- Payments can be made online by clicking on the link or can be handed over at our office.
- Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the workshop is canceled by the organizers.
Age Requirement:
- All necessary materials for creating the Ganesh idols will be provided by the organizers.
Workshop Materials:
- All necessary materials for creating the Ganesh idols will be provided by the organizers.
- Participants are encouraged to bring any specific materials they wish to incorporate into their idols.
Liability:
- The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.
- Participants are responsible for their own possessions.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- In the event that the workshop is canceled by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations by participants.
Conduct:
- Respectful and courteous behavior is expected from all participants.
- Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
Photography and Media:
- The organizers may take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional and documentation purposes.
- DBy participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in such materials.
