Stall Fee: ₹6000 (General) / ₹8000 (Food). Payable upon confirmation. Fees are
non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation by the Organiser.
Event Schedule:
Dates – 22 & 23 November 2025
Time – 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM
All stalls must be set up and ready by 8:30 AM on both days.
Stall Allocation:
Upon submission of the registration form, the Organiser will review the application and contact
shortlisted vendors for confirmation. The Organiser reserves the right to make the final
selection and stall allocation decisions.
Product & Brand Approval:
All products and brands intended for sale must be approved by the Organiser. Any changes or
additions to approved products must be communicated and re-approved prior to the event.
Prohibited Items:
Meat or non-vegetarian products
Counterfeit, pre-loved, or damaged items
Hazardous materials or sharp implements
Financial, insurance, or multi-level marketing products
Donation or solicitation activities
Stall Setup & Display:
Storage boxes, crates, or luggage must be kept within stall boundaries during operating hours.
Stalls should be aesthetically presented in line with the festival’s theme.
Use of personal sound systems, shouting, or promotion outside stall limits is not permitted.
Conduct & Safety:
Stall owners must maintain professionalism and ensure the safety and well-being of visitors and
fellow participants. Disorderly conduct, verbal or physical abuse, and possession of dangerous
items are strictly prohibited.
A maximum of three persons shall be permitted per stall during the event. Additional personnel
will not be allowed within the stall premises.
Venue Usage:
No sticking, hanging, or damaging of organiser property (tables, chairs, walls, flooring, etc.).
Organiser property must not be moved or removed without prior approval.
No signage, banners, or materials may be displayed outside the assigned stall area.
Storage & Responsibility:
Stall owners may keep their goods at the venue overnight at their own risk. The Organiser shall
not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items or property.
Sales Disclaimer:
The Organiser shall not be liable for low sales or limited visitor response during the event.
Cleanliness & Exit:
Stall owners must maintain cleanliness throughout and clear their area after the event. All
waste and packaging materials must be properly disposed of.
Non-Compliance:
Any breach of these terms may result in penalties, compensation claims, or removal from the
event premises.
