The Applicant(s) agree/agrees to abide with the terms and conditions when participating in Orange City Literature Festival’s Event

  • A rental fee of INR 7,000 per Food Stall and 5,000 per other Stall Space shall be collected by the Organiser upon acceptance of this contract.
  • Stall rental(s) are strictly non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Organiser.
  • Stall Owners are only allowed to set up their stalls on the day of the event. They must be ready by 9:30 AM.
  • The Date and timing of the stalls will be 25th and 26th Nov. 2023 ( 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM )
  • Stall owners shall only be permitted to sell items that have been approved by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to reject particular items.
  • Type of Products encouraged: Products to match the theme of the event
  • Artisans products and services which falls under the category of
    1. Fashion
    2. Food
    3. Lifestyle
    4. Handmade.
  • Items Restriction
    1. Meat Products & Counterfeit items
    2. Pre-loved items
    3. Torn and broken items
    4. Utilisation of dangerous implements and materials
    5. Financial and/or insurance services and assistance
    6. Soliciting or appealing for donations in kind or cash
    7. Multi-level marketing products and services
  • Stall owners are required to inform the Organiser on the product(s) or service(s) to be sold during the event upon sign-up. Should there be any changes or addition to the product(s) or service(s) declared, it is the Stall owner’s onus to inform and seek approval from the Organiser.
  • Stocked and/or empty crates/boxes/luggage, etc must not be stored outside the stall space during operating hours.
  • Stall owners are encouraged to bring their decoration and furnishing etc. aligned with their stall’s theme.
  • Usage of self-owned sound systems to draw attention towards stalls is prohibited.
  • Stall owners are hereby given notice to conduct their business at the facility in a professional manner so as not to give cause for complaints from occupants of the area or the public and to ensure that the image of Organiser is not adversely affected. Examples of disorderly behaviour include touting, shouting and promotion of products outside the boundaries of the assigned stall space.

  • Stall owners shall respect the health and safety of fellow participants. No acts or threats of physical and/or verbal violence against another person (including sexual violence), disorderly conduct, and/or possession of dangerous articles (such as firearms, explosive materials, etc.) are allowed.
  • Stall owners are hereby given notice not to abuse by hanging or sticking anything onto the properties (Tables, Chairs, Walls, Floor etc) provided by the Organiser.
  • No properties within the venue shall be removed or to be shifted unless prior approval given by the Organiser.
  • Stall owners shall not affix or otherwise exhibit or place on passageways, tents, bridge, pillars or the windows of the surrounding the building or any part thereof any name-plate, signboard, placard, poster, banner or advertising material or offensive publications or any goods or articles or the like whatsoever for the purposes of any public announcement or which may contravene any statute or regulations or which may expose Organiser to any fine or penalty by reason thereof.
  • Stall owners are not allowed to place their goods or property overnight in the venue before and after operation hours. For the avoidance of doubt, under no circumstances will the Stall owners hold the Organiser responsible for any personal injuries, damage, loss or defacement of goods or property on display occurring, during the event..
  • The Organiser is not responsible for poor sales or bad response during any of our events.
  • Stall owners who require power supply at their stalls should inform the Organiser at least 1 week in advance.
  • Stall Owners are hereby given notice to keep the Facility clean and tidy, and shall not litter, deface or damage the Facility. The area must be cleared and kept clean after use, with the waste, boxes, cardboard and refuse should properly disposed of in the bin centre.
  • Failure in abiding any of the above Terms and Conditions will result in the bearing any compensation, penalties and/or legal fees resulting from the violation cost.
