Any form of visual or crafted art is welcome — including paintings, digital prints,
resin work, mixed media, photography, sculpture, collage, fibre art, glass art, or
abstract pieces.
There are no restrictions on size or medium. Artists are free to express themselves
through any form, theme, or technique.
All artworks must be framed or suitably mounted so they can be securely displayed or
hung on walls during the exhibition.
Each participant can submit multiple artworks or pieces for exhibition
consideration.
All entries should include the artist’s name, contact number, and email ID clearly
mentioned on the artwork (preferably at the top or bottom corner) so that visitors
can reach out for purchases after the festival concludes.
Artists retain full ownership of their work. However, OCLF will not be involved in
the sale or pricing of artworks.

Artists will be informed via email upon selection and inclusion of their work in the
exhibition.
There is no participation fee for exhibiting artists.
Terms and
Conditions:
The OCLF Art Exhibition is a non-competitive showcase open to artists of all
backgrounds, ages, and disciplines.
Submitted artworks must be original creations by the participant.
Each artist may submit one or more entries, provided each work meets the framing and
display requirements.
Artworks containing vulgar, obscene, defamatory, pornographic, violent, or
politically sensitive content or any content deemed detrimental to the national
interest will not be accepted.
The selection and curation of artworks for display will be carried out by the OCLF
organising committee. Their decision shall be final and binding.
While utmost care will be taken during handling and display, the organisers will not
be responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of artworks during transport, display,
or removal.
Artists grant permission to OCLF to photograph and feature their artworks for
promotional and archival purposes across print and digital media.
After the festival, artists may choose to sell their displayed artworks
independently. Interested buyers can directly contact the artist using the contact
details mentioned on the artwork.
Submission of artwork implies acceptance of these terms and conditions by the
participant.

The OCLF Art Exhibition aims to promote local and emerging artists by providing them
a prestigious public platform.
Display of artworks at the festival is subject to approval by the OCLF curatorial
team.
The exhibition will be held at Chitnavis Centre, Civil Lines, Nagpur during the
7th
Edition of the Orange City Literature Festival from 21st to
23rd November 2025.
