cancellation by the Organiser.

Event Schedule:
Dates: 21 & 22 November 2026
Time: 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM
All activity stalls/slots must be fully set up and ready by 8:30 AM on both
days.
Slot Allocation: Upon submission of the registration form, the
Organiser will review the proposed activity application and contact shortlisted
participants for confirmation. The Organiser reserves the right to make final
selection, activity scheduling, and zone allocation decisions.
Activity Approval: All activities, workshops, games, performances,
and materials to be used or distributed must be pre-approved by the Organiser. Any
modifications or additions to the approved activity format, materials, or schedule
must be communicated and re-approved prior to the event.
Prohibited Items:
Meat or non-vegetarian products/samples
Hazardous materials, open flames, unapproved heat sources, or dangerous
sharp implements
Counterfeit, inappropriate, or non-literary/non-cultural materials
Financial, insurance, or multi-level marketing (MLM) promotional
activities
Unauthorised donation, fundraising, or ticket-selling activities
Setup & Sound Control:
All activity materials, props, signage, and storage boxes must remain within
assigned zone boundaries.
Stalls and activity setups must be aesthetically presented, aligning with the
festival’s cultural and literary theme.
Use of personal sound systems, megaphones, shouting, or promotional activity
outside assigned limits is strictly prohibited. Activity sound levels must not
disrupt neighbouring stalls or main stage sessions.
Conduct & Safety:
Activity hosts must maintain professionalism and take full responsibility for
the safety and well-being of all participants, especially during
child-centric or hands-on interactive sessions.
Disorderly conduct, verbal or physical abuse, and possession of dangerous
items are strictly prohibited.
A maximum of 3 personnel/instructors shall be permitted per activity slot at
any given time. Additional personnel will not be allowed inside the assigned
activity footprint.
Venue Usage:
No sticking, nailing, hanging, or damaging of organiser property (tables,
chairs, walls, flooring, partitions, etc.).
Organiser property must not be moved or removed without prior approval.
No signage, standees, or promotional materials may be displayed outside the
designated activity area.
Storage & Responsibility: Activity holders may keep their
materials and equipment at the venue overnight entirely at their own risk. The
Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction
of property.
Participation Disclaimer: The Organiser shall not be liable for low
participant turnout, limited footfall, or minimal engagement during the activity
slots.
Cleanliness & Exit: Activity hosts must maintain cleanliness
throughout their operational hours and thoroughly clear their area after the event.
All activity waste, craft refuse, and packaging materials must be properly disposed
of in designated waste areas.
Non-Compliance: Any breach of these terms may result in immediate
stoppage of the activity, removal from the event premises, and forfeiture of booking
fees.
