Submission
Guidelines
- We welcome every kind of visual and handcrafted artwork, including paintings,
digital prints, resin art, mixed media, photography, sculpture, collage, fibre art,
glass art, and abstract creations.
- No limits on size or medium. Artists have complete freedom to express their ideas
through any style, subject, or technique they choose.
- Every piece must arrive framed or properly mounted so it can be safely hung or
displayed throughout the exhibition.
- Participants are welcome to submit more than one artwork for consideration.
- Each piece should carry the artist's name, phone number, and email address, ideally
placed in a corner (top or bottom), so interested visitors can get in touch to
purchase the work after the festival.
- Ownership of the artwork stays entirely with the artist. OCLF plays no role in
pricing or handling sales.
- Submissions may be handed in personally or sent by courier to the address given
below.
- Selected artists will receive an email confirming their work's inclusion in the
show.
- Participation is completely free of cost.
