Vinod Kalra, 56, President of Saksham Bharti India , is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and having a vast experience in Finance, Audit and Taxation over thirty years.
Vinod Kalra has completed his B.Com.(Hons.) from Shri Ram College Of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University. He started private practice in 1987 at the age of 23. Although he is man of Finance, but he is very sensitive to the issues concerning society. At the age of 30, he started working for the larger cause focussing mainly on Computer Training through different platforms.
Vinod Kalra along with his friends started an NGO, Saksham Bharti, NGO is working for lesser privileged children and students, NGO gives scholarships cultural opportunities, painting competition for inculcating confident and creative in them. Four regular projects are being run by Saksham Bharti at Raghubir Nagar, Vikas Nagar, Dwarka & Noida where students are trained for Computer, Computer Hardware, English Speaking and Job Placement. Saksham Bharti organises job fairs to get its students placed in good Corporate houses.
Vinod is a nature lover, he lives at Rajouri Garden with wife Jyotika, a Supreme Court Advocate and two sons Raghu and Raveesh.
