Suraj Prasad, could be called a citizen of Planet Earth. Born on Halloween day in a leap year in Lagos, Nigeria, he is a military fauji brat. He sees himself as a griot, or a storyteller trying to find our past and present connection to our future as time is a construct.
He is a pharmacist from NGSM, Mangalore and has a MBA from IIM Kozhikode. His early education on the mysteries of the universe came via Carl Sagan's Cosmos. Since then, he has never stopped discussing the universe and the blue marble we live in. "Everything is connected," Suraj says, "Just we need to find the right synchronicity code."
As a kid, he wanted to be an archaeologist or an astronaut. Still, fate had its own road, and he got involved with the pharma world.
Currently, he is building his own healthcare startup dealing with Children’s health. Baramulla Bomber was his first book, Mission Shèngzhàn was his second book and Sido Kanhu is his 3rd book. Besides writing and eating cheesecakes, he is a spiritual multiverse traveller without a box.
Suraj has traveled to over twenty countries and interacted across different cultures. He has resided in Lagos, (West) Delhi, Mangalore, Mumbai, Kozhikode, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and New Jersey. He is currently based in Bengaluru, Planet Earth, with his wonder woman (wife), who inspires him to keep writing.
