Wings of Courage: The Journey of Shital Mahajan | OCLF

On 23rd Nov 2025 12.00 PM To 12:40 PM

This inspiring OCLF session featured Padma Shri awardee Shital Mahajan, one of India’s most accomplished skydivers, in conversation with Dr Ruchi Chaudhary. Titled Wings of Courage, the discussion explored what it truly takes to push boundaries, rise above fear, and turn pressure into possibility.

Shital shared stories from her global skydiving journey, including world-first jumps over the North Pole, South Pole, and all seven continents. Her experiences revealed how courage is built through discipline, preparation, and a strong inner voice. She spoke about mental clarity at extreme altitudes, trusting instinct, and staying focused when fear strikes.

Dr Ruchi connected these powerful insights to everyday life. She highlighted how students and professionals can use the same principles of mindset, confidence, and resilience to overcome personal challenges.

Engaging questions from the audience added depth to the conversation. The session closed with a reminder that the real limit is not the sky but the mind, and courage grows when we dare to take the first leap.
