There are multiple ways to be a part of the Orange City Literature Festival 2026. One can be an audience member, an author/speaker, a moderator, and a volunteer. Here's how.
1. Attend as an Audience Member
- Register online through the registration link provided.
- Get your entry card.
- On the day of the event, reach the venue, and scan your digital entry cards at the entrance gates.
- Refer to the session schedule and indulge in the various sessions that the audience members will have access to.
- Explore the book stalls, food stalls, art exhibitions, and more.
2. Participate as an Author / Speaker
- Fill out the Author registration form, and provide information about yourself, your books, and your literary works.
- The organisers will review the requests and shortlist authors for the event based on the information provided.
- The shortlisted authors will be contacted by the organisers.
- The selected authors will be provided with the guidelines and the schedule for their respective sessions.
3. Participate as a Moderator
Moderators can have a fantastic opportunity to interact with authors and engage with audiences by guiding them through the sessions.
How to apply?
- Fill out the Moderator Application Form.
- Provide information about one's background, areas of interest, and experience (if any) in hosting, public speaking, or moderating any discussions.
- The organisers will review the applications and select moderators based on the information provided.
- The selected moderators will be provided with the guidelines for hosting, and the schedule for the session will be shared with them.
- The moderators must report to the venue on the assigned date and time as mentioned in their respective schedule.
- The schedule will mention the date, time, venue hall, and the list of authors that the moderators will be hosting.

4. Join as a Volunteer
How to apply?
- Fill the Volunteer application form, and provide information about one's background, and availability.
- One will be contacted if they have been selected as a volunteer for the event.
- Report to the venue on the assigned dates and times.
- The volunteers will be required to assist the event team with various tasks during the event, such as registration counters, stage management, guest support, audience support, and more.
- This will give one an opportunity to gain valuable event management experience, while interacting with authors, artists, and speakers.
