Nipun Varma is the Global Head for CSR and Employee Engagement at UST, bringing with him more than two decades of technology leadership experience. Alongside his corporate role, he is also the co-author of "Swimming in the Middle: A Middle Bencher's Guide for Survival." His first published work, however, was "Adventures of an Indian Techie" — a satire on the lives of IT engineers in India, which marked the beginning of his journey as a writer.
Beyond his professional and literary pursuits, Nipun Varma also serves as an academic advisor to multiple colleges and is an active public speaker. In his own words, he has spent most of his career helping others figure out what he's still figuring out himself.
