Harit Nagpal

Harit Nagpal is the Managing Director & CEO of Tata Play Ltd., since 2010.

Harit followed his graduation in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University with an MBA from FMS at Delhi in 1985.

Over 4 decades, his experience has straddled between packaged goods and services through his tenures with Lakme, Marico, Pepsi, Shoppers Stop, Vodafone and now Tata Sky/Play.

An avid writer and public speaker, he has co-authored a case study about disruption which is a part of the curriculum at London Business School.

His book ‘Adapt: To thrive, not just survive’ was released in December 2023.
