Gaurav Tekriwal is the Founder and President of Vedic Maths Forum India (VMFI), a leading organisation promoting Vedic Mathematics in India and across the world.
For over two decades, he has taught, trained, and advocated Vedic Mathematics through schools, universities, government initiatives, teacher-training programmes, books, and online platforms. He is the author of Maths Sutra: The Art of Vedic Speed Calculation, Maths Sutras from Around the World, and The Great Indian Mathematicians, and has inspired thousands of educators and students globally.
A seven-time TED and TEDx speaker, he was featured in 2022 on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Mann Ki Baat, where he spoke about the impact of Vedic Mathematics on learning and confidence in maths.
He continues to work towards making India a global hub for numeracy excellence and advancing the recognition of Vedic Mathematics as an important part of India's knowledge tradition.
