Srinath Sridharan is the author and co-author of eight books, a prolific media columnist, leadership advisor and independent director whose writing explores the intersection of leadership, technology, public policy, and the evolution of human institutions. His work seeks to understand not only how businesses and societies change, but why they do. His latest books include The Power of UncertAInty (co-authored with Anand Venkatanarayanan), an exploration of artificial intelligence and how it affects individuals, institutions, society and India; Grief, a deeply reflective work on loss, resilience and meaning; and Everything Starts at the Top (co-authored with Agamjeet Dang), on the future of boards and boards of the future, in a rapidly changing world. His earlier book, Family and Dhanda, India’s first book on succession planning and business families, helped shape the conversation on family enterprise governance and leadership transitions. Srinath’s work is united by a simple belief: the most enduring questions of our time are ultimately about people, purpose, potential and progress. Beyond his writing, Srinath advises promoters, boards and business families on leadership, governance and strategic transformation, and coaches founders and chief executives through periods of growth and transition.
