Air Marshal Prashant Purushottam Khandekar Assumed The Responsibilities Of Air Officer-In-Charge Maintenance At Air Hq, New Delhi On 02 May 16. The Air Marshal Is A Graduate of VNIT, Nagpur and Was Commissioned In Indian Air Force Is Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) Stream On 25 Jul 1977. He has worked on SU-7, MiG-23 BN and MiG-27 aircraft. He is PG in Industrial Engineering from NITIE and alumnus of DSSC Wellington with MSc in Defence & Strategic Studies of Madras University. He is Fellow of AESI, IETE and IIIE and member of CSI, CENJOWS and USI. He is recipient of Distinguished Alumni Awards of NITIE Mumbai, VNIT and Hadas High School Nagpur. On 26th July he was conferred Nagpur Quality Leadership Award by World Quality Congress and Awards.
