That’s when he came to the conclusion that he had to write one to highlight the contribution of Indian mathematicians, a book that goes back in time and brings to the fore achievements that are unknown by the general public. His book The Great Indian Mathematicians: 15 Pioneers Who Put Indian Mathematics on the World Map brings much-needed limelight to the topic.
