Srinath brings nearly three decades of work experience. His career spans the full arc of professional growth – from his career beginning as a fresher to leading teams and organisations, and now serving on Boards and Coaching business leaders.

He advises corporate boards on transformation agendas, including succession planning, leadership transitions, scaling businesses, and navigating disruptive shifts. In addition, he works closely with business families and their scions, helping them navigate succession, governance, and strategic growth. He is a Visiting Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation and a visiting faculty at the RBI’s College of Supervisors and other regulatory and leadership training programs.

A prolific writer and commentator, he is a regular columnist in Indian media and the author of several books. This year, he published - Family and Dhanda, India’s first book on succession planning in family-managed businesses. His earlier works include Time for Bharat, Newsprint to Heartprint, and Reimagining ESG. His next book focussed on human wellbeing, is to be launched this year.

Beyond his professional commitments, Srinath dedicates significant time to pro-bono social impact initiatives, reflecting his belief in leadership that is responsible, inclusive, and regenerative.
