Bernhard Moestl, born in 1970 in Vienna, Austria, is an international bestselling author, business mentor, photographer and adventurer.

Always living his personal dream of freedom Bernhard has been travelling the world for more than 35 years. From his very first trip to Asia in January 1991 he spent more then a decade in East-Asia, which quickly became his favourite region of the world. Having been fascinated by martial arts since his youth, he took the chance to stay with the lengendary fighting monks of Shaolin, China. There he studied the art of Kung-Fu and gained deep insights into the philosophy behind it. Till today his books, which deal with topics like selfawareness, mindfulness, selfimprovement and leadership, are strongly influenced by that Asian way of thinking.

Bernhard is very honored that his first internationally bestselling book „Shaolin - how to win without fighting“ has now been published in India. Many trips through this wonderful country (the first in 1994) made him fall in love not only with the people, the landscapes and the spirituality but also with Kalaripayattu, without which Shaolin would probably never have existed.
