The Story of Modern-Day Vikram and Betal with Sunita Pant Bansal In Conversation with Dipankar Mukherjee

On 19th01.00 PM TO 01:40 PM

Mr Dipankar Mukherjee started the session by stating the question to Ms Sunita Pant Bansal What is the inspiration behind writing this “The Modern Day Vikram & Betaal” book? According to Ms Sunita Pant Bansal at present has a criminal mentality on the rise. He also asked why the title of the book is the modern-day Vikram & amp, Betaal. Ms Sunita thinks that vices are present in modern society in a way where we judge everything but forget to see who we are in connection with the way betaal sits on Vikram’s shoulder. Wrongdoing should be identified in person at the primary stage. Evil conduct of humans which is present in society is a never-ending saga. We often overlook identifying criminal behaviour in the person. Sometimes we need to look for human mirrors to know ourselves better and work on our shortcomings at the primary stage before they get out of control and turn into a real mess. There was a talk on the Book titled “The story Modern Vikram & Betaal” written by Ms Sunita Pant Bansal. It is a collection of real criminal stories consisting of justice, criminal lawyers and how to affect society at large. The dark picture of justice along with criminal stories is the central idea of the book.
