Mr. Amit Nagpal is an Author of the book " The Elephant at the dinner table." In his session, he talked about the significance of starting Networking, identifying and building your interests, and being open to learning from everybody around you. He talked about how important it is to identify which networks are beneficial for you and which are not for you to build them. The conversation progressed into - if you have a beta mindset, you'll continue growing and innovating. Mr Nagpal is an electrifying man who brought his amazing energy and fresh ideas to all of us at OCLF 2021. He said that being open to learning new ideas and finding a certain role model or coach in your life is important to grow in all aspects of life.
